Today ONE announced free access to ONE Lite for one month for distributors in the wake of MIPTV being cancelled to ensure businesses across the industry are supported during such a crucial time in the distribution calendar. 

We understand the importance of markets, having attended for the last 7 years, and the impact of MIPTV being cancelled will hit a lot of distributors, especially smaller ones who don’t have access to the right technology to support them. ONE Lite is the latest innovation from ONE, a SaaS based distribution platform used by companies such as ITV Studios, Endemol Shine International and All3Media.

The Lite version consists of a screening website and iPad application on which distributors can add up to 100 titles. It’s entirely self-managed, giving distributors full control over their content with no need for any technical support.

Much like a market, ONE allows content to be viewed by buyers across the globe, and buyers’ interaction with that content is tracked.

Once set up, distributors can still manage and run the meetings they would have had at MIPTV, with the added benefit of automated follow ups and meeting notes. 

Content is secure behind a login and access to restricted programmes can be managed through a sophisticated permissions management system, ensuring the right buyers see the right content.

One is happy to help out any distributors who may suffer disruption and to also ensure the world’s buyers are still able to screen the latest content from their favourite partners.
